The term “aesthetic breast surgery” covers a whole range of different operations. The operations have become much gentler in recent years, not only in terms of the immediate stress of the operation, but also in terms of the results. Today, for example, the feeling in the breast can be preserved better on average than just a few years ago. The complication rate has decreased. This is achieved through much more complex surgical techniques, often combining different surgical techniques.
