Wrinkled or sagging skin on the upper arms can be aesthetically disturbing if you want to wear strappy tops or dresses with spaghetti straps in hot weather.

A tightening can be carried out here, adapted to the anatomy. The scar is usually located on the inside of the upper arm and is relatively inconspicuous. Here, too, there are various techniques, whereby it is important to proceed in a particularly anatomical way and to spare the skin nerves so that the feeling in the upper and lower arm is preserved.

This is a very common operation which, surprisingly, is very painless and can be performed under local anaesthetic.
